We may use remarketing (e.g., Google Ads, AdSense, Facebook, Bing, LinkedIn) to show ads after you visit our site. You can opt out or adjust ad settings via the respective providers. Google’s DART cookie serves ads based on prior visits; you can opt out via Google’s Ads Settings. However, “perfect security” does not exist on the Internet; we cannot guarantee absolute security. Transactional information is transmitted in encrypted format.

13.Do Not Track Requests

We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals because no uniform technology standard exists for recognizing and responding to them.

California residents may request, once per year, information about categories of personal information disclosed to third parties for direct marketing and the names/addresses of those third parties for the preceding calendar year. Requests are free of charge. We may request additional information to verify residency. If you are under 18, reside in California, and have a registered account, you may request removal of publicly posted data (subject to limitations).

15.Nevada Residents

Nevada residents may request we limit the sale of certain personal information to third parties for resale or licensing purposes. Contact us with the subject line “Nevada Do Not Sell Request” and include requested verification details.

16.EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Notice

Under the GDPR, we are a Data Controller for your personal information. Our legal basis for collecting/using personal information depends on what we collect and the context. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. When processing orders, we may send data to payment processors to complete purchases.

We keep data during processing of your applications/requests; some data may be retained indefinitely where necessary for internal accounting.
